30-day returns

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order.

Lifetime warranty on the foam

The Big Loll's orthopedic foam is covered by a lifetime warranty against loss of support. If the foam fails, contact us and we'll replace it.

How to return

  1. Email hello@lollhound.co.uk with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Notes

  • Hygiene items (e.g. the heartbeat unit) can only be returned if unopened.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and replace or refund in full.
