These terms govern your use of the Loll Hound store, operated by Makree Ltd, a company registered in England.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect confirmed orders.

Products

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Care instructions are provided with each item.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
